I'm ranting, so bear with me. It makes me so mad when I see a car pull into a handicap space and when the person gets out, they obviously aren't handicapped.
Today I pulled into Walgreens. I sat there and watched a silver car pull into the only available handicap spot. A lady got out. Talking on her phone of course. In 4 inch heels. Seriously. There were even spots available that weren't handicap to the left of this spot.
We have a handicapped thing you hang on the mirror. It's for my uncle. We've used it once. I had driven him to walmart and the place was packed. My uncle has had a couple strokes and walks with a limp and stumbles. He's also blind in one eye. He doesn't drive. Usually I drop him off at the front and then I go park. I can't do this anymore when I take him shopping because the short distance to the van wears him out. At his apartment he uses a scooter to get the the laundry and back.
And the sad thing about these people...they are getting away with it. And the people who need the spots dont' get them. Next time I'm going to take a picture. Next time I'll say something (she was very intimidating)

Oh I HATE that! You should have said something because honesty is more intimidating!
Sending my prayers to your uncle;)
Maybe it was for the lack of a clearer signage, not only to alert the driver, but the security as well. A stricter building security system can also help tag these drivers.
